DIPS Chain of institution is concurring frontiers of education under the able guidance of its Director Dr. Kewal Kishan Handoo. Having visionary leadership attributes, he has held various positions in DIPS chain and completed various assignments successfully. He has a vast experience of more than thirty years in different education/ research organizations all over the country. He has been the research fellow leading to award of M.Phil and Phd degree at National Institute of Technology Srinagar Kashmir. He served as senior research fellow at Baba Atomic research center Srinagar. He has been given the position of scientist B under the research project funded by PL480 USA at university of Roorkee. Due to his vast research experience he has published various scientific papers in national and inter-national journal of repute. He was awarded common wealth research fellowship for post doctoral at university of Essex UK. He served as senior lecturer at Sainik School manasbal Srinagar, Chief coordinator of north zone Sainik Schools and performed as Principal Model institute of education and research jammu. Keeping his administration and teaching qualities in view he has been promoted to Director colleges DIPS Chain. From 2010 he is ably and tirelessly contributing to the growth and upliftment of DIPS Chain to new heights. He is an excellent sports man and represented Kashmir university in three games i.e Cricket, Badminton and table tennis. He has been gifted with new teaching techniques, administrative skills and fabricating scientific projects which creates skillful and creative learning environment in DIPS Chain. He always leads from the front, thereby making DIPS chain a quality educational hub.
